A is for Attraction

So, i have gotten this capsule drop quite a few times in games, and I'm wondering, what is it actually used for?

What would you guys use Attraction for? I have tried a few techniques with it, like when its above a group of blocks holding the button down so i pummels them, what else would you guys use this for?

Well that's the main goal, but you can also use it to temporarily keep the ball near your or to avoid objects.

I also find it very useful to keep the ball atop blocks,
by small clicks to make it move back when it is about to escape it,
or to change the vertical trajectory to a horizontal one,

It's also very useful when you have more than one ball on the screen... sometimes they'll all fall off different ends of the screen at the same time, but using Attraction will keep them together.

If the ball is going in your direction, using A makes the ball turn more vertical. If it's going opposite you, using A makes the ball go down. Making the ball go sideways is useful if the ball is near the top, as you can get lots of combos that way. It's also an extremely good upgrade if you have 4-5 balls on the screen at once. And as mentioned above, it's good for keeping the ball above blocks.

You can also use Attraction to avoid sentinels and other bad bricks.

It's a good powerup, but it has its bad points. You need to use it wisely, because if you attract the ball too much, you may miss it, and lose a life. It happened to me once.
