Are capsules consumable?

That is, can I use them only once or can I use them as many times as needed?

And if they're not unlimited, do I have to buy them again from a shop or can I find reloads in certain blocks, like with missiles?

One capsule (ice, flame, volt or black hole) can be used only one time, you must buy another when you use it.

Also note that a capsule iwll only last for 1 :pad:. If you lose the ball, the next one will not have the capsule's effect ;)
