Tiboon Message

How do I complete the tiboon message quest. It doesn't make sense to me.

From the FAQW at the top of the forum:

Q: How do I get Salmeen?
A: Wander around Tiboon for a while. Going to [9][-10] triggers the Life on Tiboon mission, after that, you can find Salmeen on [7][-10].

6.
Q: I found Salmeen but I can’t understand his language. What do I do?
A: Simply play a few levels. After a while you will get a message saying that you can understand his language and the mission Salmeen the Mechanic Part 1 will appear."

And remember to always check the FAQ if you have any questions that you want answered, it's quite likely that it will be answered there, or covered in some way anyway.

P.S. Make sure you have Salmeen before going to Moltear.
No, I won't tell you why.
